By getting involved, you can give your students the chance to be part of the Sainsbury's KickStarter Explore, joining 5,000 young people gaining valuable experiences and building the skills to help them move forward.

Discovery Sessions
These are in-person events where students can discover careers and connect with Sainsbury's people and opportunities.
Target age group: Year 9, 10, 11
Dates: Jan 2027 – Jan 2027
Employability Skills
Students will learn practical employability skills and grow in confidence as they prepare for the their next step. (Online)
Target age group: Year 12
Dates: Nov 2026 Half term
In-Store Immersion
Students will get to experience the workplace first-hand, putting some of what they've learned into context. (In stores)
Target age group: Year 13
Dates: Feb 2027 Half term
