360° Work experience
Powered by data
Like all TSOC programmes, our work experience delivery is driven by data. We use educational, demographic and outreach intelligence to identify the most suitable schools, target underrepresented communities and maximise engagement. This ensures employers reach the right students whilst supporting diversity, social mobility and future workforce objectives.
Awareness & Engagement
Students are introduced to your organisation, career pathways and opportunities through targeted communications, employer content and digital engagement activity. This stage builds interest, supports applications and ensures students understand the opportunities available to them.
Work readiness development
Students participate in a series of interactive employability workshops designed to prepare them for the workplace. Taught in a hybrid way through online and in-person sessions.
Workplace immersion
Selected students progress into an in-person workplace experience, providing meaningful exposure to your organisation, people and culture.
Why a hybrid model?
The world of work has changed. Many organisations now operate hybrid working environments, combining remote collaboration with in-person interaction. Yet traditional work experience programmes have struggled to evolve alongside these changes.
Our 360° Work Experience model prepares students for modern working environments by blending digital employability training, employer engagement and practical workplace experience into one structured programme.
This approach enables employers to engage larger numbers of students, reduce operational burden and create more meaningful talent pipelines.
Building future talent, not just placements
360° Work Experience is designed to do more than provide workplace exposure. It creates a structured journey that develops skills, raises aspirations and supports young people from initial engagement through to future applications and employment.
By combining digital learning, employer interaction and real-world workplace experience, we help employers build stronger talent pipelines whilst providing students with the skills and confidence they need to succeed
