Our services are delivered through three connected pillars:
Together, these create a full outreach journey – from initial awareness through to successful application and recruitment.

Introduction
High reach, consistent visibility, scalable impact.
Introduction is our digital outreach and awareness solution, designed to maximise visibility amongst school and college students across the UK. This service focuses on building brand recognition and ensuring your organisation remains visible throughout the academic year through a consistent programme of targeted activity and drip-fed communications.
Through Our Data, we are able to scope, segment and target specific schools and communities based on location, year group, gender, social mobility, ethnicity, religious character, cultural heritage and much more. Rather than relying on a single careers event or campaign, ‘Introduction’ delivers multiple touchpoints that keep your opportunities front of mind with students, teachers and parents.
Key benefits
Build brand awareness early. Students are increasingly making career decisions at a younger age. Introduction ensures your organisation is visible early in that process.
Cost effective national reach. Digital delivery allows employers to engage thousands of students across multiple regions in a highly scalable and efficient way.
Consistent candidate pipeline development. Multiple touchpoints for throughout the year help nurture long-term interest and maintain engagement with future applicants.
Support ESG and mobility objectives. Our campaings help organisations demonstrate meaningful investment in education, inclusion and community engagment.
Data-driven audience targeting. Campaigns can be tailored by region, age group, educational pathway and demographic profile to ensure maximum relevance and impact.

Interaction
Meaningful engagement through real experiences
‘Interaction’ focuses on live engagement between employers and students through in-person activity. We design, coordinate and deliver employer engagement events that create genuine interaction between young people and organisations. These experiences help students better understand industries, pathways and opportunities while allowing employers to showcase their culture, people and career routes.
Each year, we successfully deliver over 1,500 in-person events, managing every aspect of the process from initial planning and diary coordination through to delivery and post-event evaluation. Our nationwide network enables us to deliver outreach activity at scale, either through employer ambassadors or directly via our experienced national delivery team.

Flexible delivery – nationwide and locally. From individual school visits to large-scale national campaigns, our delivery model can scale around your objectives and budget.

Intervention
Supporting students from interest to application
Intervention is our highest-impact support service, focused on helping students successfully transition from education into employment opportunities. This stage moves beyond awareness and engagement to provide direct, practical support for students throughout the recruitment journey. We work closely with candidates to build confidence, improve employability skills and reduce barriers to application success. This support can be filtered by specific geography, gender, social deprivation index or alternative demographic group.
Many talented students lack the confidence, knowledge or support network needed to successfully navigate modern recruitment processes. Intervention helps bridge this gap, particularly for students from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds. This approach not only improves candidate outcomes but also strengthens employer conversion rates and retention by ensuring applicants are informed, prepared and genuinely engaged.

Strengthen social mobility outcomes. Targeted intervention helps reduce barriers for students who may traditionally have limited access to career opportunities.
Increase recruitment conversion. Better prepared candidates are more likely to complete applications successfully and progress through assessment processes.
Enhance employer reputation. Providing meaningful support demonstrates authentic investment in young people and future talent development.
Create long-term talent relationships. Building loyalty and positive employer perception amongst students, parents, schools and local communities.
